How to deal with headaches slow taper from ativan

Hi

I am tapering of Ativan have gone from 3mg to 2mg in one week I take 1 at 4 am 1/2 @ noon 1/2@ 8 pm the headaches come then teeth hurt then flushing then some nasuea. The headaches are the worst any suggestions

Water water...also there are pressure points on your handd one on the outside & one on the fatty palm of your hand. Temples also

sounds like thats too big of a drop.....seems to be a slow taper is best to avoid symptoms.....see Ashton Manual for advice or ask a Moderator.
