We are glad you found us. Well done on being benzo free.  Did you do a taper off?  If you are struggling with symptoms, please know that it's not unusual for symptoms to linger for a while after a taper is completed.  The time it takes to feel better varies from person to person.

if you are not familiar with the Ashton Manual check it out.  Its an excellent resource about these types of medication and their effect on the body. It provides withdrawal information and includes a list of common symptoms
