How did you taper with HBP?

I'm on hold and suffering.  None of three BP meds have worked.  How did you taper with HBP?

I've had adverse effects with all 4 BP meds I've tried Hopeforrecovery. One being really severe. 

 

I'm not taking anything at the moment and am going to try exercise and diet to bring it down. 

 

Not taking anything is not the option I would choose, but can think of nothing else as all give me adverse effects.
