Advice please!

Hi, I’ve been on 2mg Valium for 1 year.  I take 1mg am and 1 mg pm.  Due to serious family issues

My Doctor told me to take 1mg am and 2 mg pm.  I’ve done that for 4 weeks.  She now wants me to go back to 2 mg a day.  I would appreciate advice in tapering off the 1 mg that I took for 4 weeks.

My Doctor said to just take 1 mg am and 1 1/2 mg pm for a few weeks then back to 1mg pm
