14 months off!

Hi everybody!

Today I've been 14 months without any benzo.

I still struggle with DP/DR, but it's much less intense than 6 months ago. I even got short windows, after many months in full-time mentally distortion. Most of the intrusive thoughts have been gone for weeks now, same as existential horror. With these, Claire Weekes -audiobooks helped me a lot! I recommend!

So after all, things are getting better. Amazing.
