This is one area I haven’t seen any improvement in, and I was thinking that if I knew specifically what component of my C/T withdrawal is to blame I could take steps to improve my health in that area. Is it hormones, or brain damage? Any feedback is appreciated!

Hell, this is a common worry. Don't let it rule you. Benzos do affect the brain. That is just how they work. And when you get OFF benzos, especially is abruptly, your memory can be affected.

The only thing that will improve this is TIME. Time is the great healer in BWD.
