Diarrhea and canned sardines

One of the worst symptom that I had during my benzodiazepines withdrawal was diarrhea. I tried many diets and the only thing that works for me is canned sardines. I stumbled upon it by chance a day when I didn't know what to eat at the supermarket. I never ate canned sardines before that and wanted to eat something new.
