Trigeminal nerve pain and throat spasms

Newly free from long term (2006-2018) benzo only and experiencing right facial nerve pain and throat spasms, especially after any form of mild exercise.

Anyone else?

Anyone's trigeminal pain improve post withdrawal?  For reference, both these issues began after my first doctor supervised cold turkey.

I have had the throat spasms. Felt like the larynx seizing up, can’t talk.

Yes.  Feels like constriction is imminent

Yes; it’s pretty much gone now.

I had the throat spasm which stopped somewhere around a year after quitting Xanax. 

What type of nerve pain? Sharp dagger or dull?

My throat spasms are gone.. had that awful in Acute and then for four months after during waves. This symptom has been gone for 2 months now but I remember the fear of choking on water. So sorry.
