[Th...]
The 7 Rules of Withdrawal: 1) Make peace with your past so it won't screw up the present. Stop blaming yourself for taking Benzos or other Rx drugs that put you into withdrawal. Withdrawal is Temporary and will end one day. 2) What others think of you is none of your business. 3) Time heals almost everything, including withdrawal symptoms, if you are not where you want to be, give it more time. 4) Don't compare your withdrawal to others and don't expect to be healed when they were healed. Each withdrawal journey is UNIQUE. 5) Stop thinking too much, it's alright not to know the answers. They will come to you when you least expect it. 6) No one is in charge of your withdrawal and your happiness, except you. If things aren't going the way you would like, try something else. 7) Smile. You don't own all of the problems in the world and your withdrawal is most likely not a "worst case scenario."
