I am wanting to do a controlled taper - any info is appreciated.

I have started my taper with .5 xanax pills. I know that i was on more than this but thats unfortunately thats where i started. I dropped it down by a quater of a pill a few days later and now that im reading, I see that it was a mistake. But its where i am. I'm taking 3/4 of a .5

I know to some that the dosage isnt alot but i have come down 300 mg of another medication in a matter of a month and half and having a smooth transition off xanax will def help.

I am willing to order a scale or whatever else i need to titrate down off of this. I found some stuff here http://www.benzobuddies.org/benzodiazepine-withdrawal-methods/titration/ 

But i dont see a titration table, it is probably there but i am having trouble with brain fog of coming off two medications.

Any help -- video tutorials, info ect. would be appreciated. I am reading thru all the threads that i can get to in the mean time.

Have u read the Ashton manual or are you going to taper w/o Valium?
