Depression

    I have made it too 5 weeks off benzos In the last week or so I've been hit by a wave of depression and mood swings. Anyone else have trouble with depression after/during benzo taper? Please share your story with me.

I'm at 11 weeks and this is happening to me right now.  I just posted about it.  At about 7-8 weeks out, I really started turning around and today is just a bad day for me I hope.  I would have them certainly at 5 weeks where you are but the general trend was things kept getting better.  Little bummed about today.  Sorry you're not doing well today.  It got better for me when I was where you are.  Best.
