Two and a half weeks off Ativan!

I jumped at .006 mg 2.5 weeks ago. I felt great the first week, but have recently become dizzy, anxiety has increased, and Im growing more depressed. Im super excited to be benzo free but I cant help but wonder if the dizziness, anxiety, and depression are my new normal? Is this normal to feel like this post jump? Thanks!

Congratulations!  Your symptoms seem common to me, whatever you do don't get back on benzos. From what I've read it takes about 3-12 months to get back to the real 'you'.

Yes, very normal. It will wax and wane and at times you may feel like the is how you will be permanently. But it does get better, takes time.
