Slowing my taper down

[Br...]

Recommended Posts

I have been doing a milk titration with 1mg pills of K.  I dissolve in 120 ml of milk and reduce daily by .50 mL.  I have reached tossing 113 mL which equals roughly .0583 mg ok K.  I was feeling great until last week and now need to slow my taper.  If instead of .50 mL increments, I lower at .025 mL how would I do that? The smallest syringe I have is a 5 mL one.

Any ideas as I increased my dose today to try to even out and then hopefully start lowering again just slowly.

Thank you

Hi Brooklyn1998 :smitten:

How many of 1 mg pills do you use with 120 ml of milk?

I assume you mean you want to reduce by 0.25 mL (and not 0.025 mL) from 0.5 mL?

You can buy 1 mL syringes.

Or you can make a more dilute solution. Use 240 mL milk and keep reducing by 0.5 mL. That is the same as using 120 mL of milk and reducing by 0.25 mL.
