Help with Liquid Titration

Hello,

Right now I'm in the process of acclimating to a new generic after TEVA was discontinued. Some of us are very sensitive to these changes (me!) and aren't in the 99% that don't experience any differences (according to a former psychiatrist).

However, I've been wanting to do a liquid titration for several years now. But I am not confident in how to do it. Is there anyone who's willing to message me privately and help me through the process, step by step? I tried to access someone's YouTube video from 2011 but it's unavailable. Thanks!
