1 Year Off

Can't believe it's been a year at this point.

 

I'm not fully healed, but I'm going into convention season with confidence, a job, and the ability to handle some stress.

 

I'm still wound super tight, and have food sensitivities, and a great deal of discomfort to go with it, but I am much improved and even have days where I'm 95-100%.

 

Hang in there buddies, it does get better. I didn't feel like it would so many days, but it does.

Thanks. As the cold weather sets in the asymmetric hot/cold sensitivity is starting to drive me nuts again.

 

But compared to where I was last time at this year, where I was constantly on the edge of panic, and the improvements are massive and welcome.
