Interesting.  According to the calculator in the link, 1 mg of Xanax or Klonopin is equivalent to 10 mg of Valium (Diazepam).  This is half of the amount of Valium that the Ashton manual suggests.  That concerns me.

I don't know if it is true, but I am glad that when I switched from 1 mg of Klonopin per day, I switched to 20 mg of Valium per the Ashton guide.  I was having interdose withdrawals and other issues with the Klopopin.  Switching to the 20 mg of Valium helped with an easy transition the to the Valium.
