Eating healthy and on time helps with withdrawal

I have been eating super healthy since my appetite returned. I've learned that I cannot afford to miss meals because when I do my wd symptoms are harder to deal with. I think it's something to do with my blood sugar dropping too low and it causes me to panic or my symptoms intensifies at the moment. For some reason eating certain types of food with a lot of black pepper makes my wd symptoms worse. I've added a lot of avocado, leafy greens, and banana's to my diet. Those three foods seem to be helping me with my recovery or to at least cope with it. I just wanted to let you guys know in case this would help anybody.

Thanks for sharing!  Diets are hot topics around here but good to see the good old simple, healthy, 3x a day working so well.  That's what I'm trying to stick to too.
