Temazepam to Diazepam.

Hello everyone my name is Mark and I'm new to this forum.

I'm seeking some advice from the community if possible.

Many years ago I quite opiate but remained on the benzos (these are probably worse than the heroine)

I've gone from being out going to not leaving the house for the last 5 year's.

Now I get my medication delivered by my pharmacy but for some reason my Temazepam prescription was not at the chemist last evening and the Drs was closed until Monday.

Now I don't have my Temazepam. Can I substitute Diazepam for this as I have plenty of those on hand. With 72 hours with out Temazepam cause and issue's?

Any help would be fantastic. Also, I know neither are good but which cause less harm. Diazepam or Temazepam?

I was thinking if I can substitute the Temazepam for Diazepam I'll be down to 1 benzo not 2?

Give it a shot  10mg of Valium is the equivalent of 20mg of temazepam

Thank you for the reply. After looking they do seem quite similar in molecular make up. I'm just a bit worried about any potential risks to swapping one the Temazepam out. But as I don't have a prescription until Monday I'll double up on the valium
