Taper Speed - Vodka/Water Daily Taper

Taking into account my rx'd drug history, C/T and a few previous 1 week courses of V and finding depression of V difficult to handle. What sort of daily reduction should I be looking for in my taper plan?

How did your 1% trial cut work out?

Not well. I only kept it there for a few days and went back up because i had some alcohol so I'm starting from scratch again.

After much soul searching I'm starting from scratch to drop my midday V dose of 4mg at the rate of 0.034mg per day. If I can keep this pace up my first 2mg reduction will be achieved on the 27/11/18. However I'll pause if the sxs start to flare up.

I guess this is a very low rate of taper but I need to build some confidence up as my fear of this drug after my c/t is an obstacle I need to overcome.
