What are you first symptoms from a cut? I need to know if I tapered accidentally

So I'm a person who took Xanax sporadically, never more than .5 a night. And Temazaepam even more sporadically. I've started taking 3/4 of a pill every night bec I'm freaking out that my symptoms aren't anxiety, but they are withdrawal.  Can you tell me what your first symptoms are?  I have leg tingling, anxiety, occasional weirdddd headache....I need to know what this is!

Everyone's symptoms are different, there are many mental and physical symptoms, and what you describe are certainly within the spectrum.  In my signature below, please click the "Ashton Manual" link and go to chapter III, which describes the most common symptoms.  Anxiety, though very common, is only one of them.

 

Thank you for replying.  I just would prefer to stop taking them but not if I'm tolerant.  Wow,  I had no idea the fire I was playing with.
