The dosage counts ;D

Without writing in english (which is not my mother tongue) here on benzobuddies.org

I would not have healed so quickly, because I had to train my brain to write and think in this language.

Also it helped me to stay focused and to concentrate.

In early withdrawal I could feel the electricity of such devices and had to put them away after an hour..

I think when we use electronic media carefully its a helper

If you feel like it is than yes. I think don't sleep with devices in your room at night and give yourself a break throughout the day.

There's probably two perspectives in answering this question--there's the "technology" perspective, and the "content" perspective.  From a technology perspective, I have read that something with the "blue light" in screens is disruptive to sleep patterns.  That's

why they recommend not reading devices in bed, or having them near your bed.  Since sleep is usually a problem with benzo or

ex benzo users, why take the chance?  From a "content" perspective, since benzo buddies tend to have health anxiety, reading

horror stories on here or elsewhere can spiral folks into anxiety.
