Has anyone gone into a wave 3 weeks after they cut. I thought i was getting away with it but 3 wekks after i cut 10% im in a big big wave.

Big cuts = big waves. I think your body is trying to tell you to slow it down a bit and maybe make smaller cuts for now. This happened to me once and I had to just decrease the cut size and hold until stable. Even though you lasted 3 weeks before getting slammed, doesn't mean that you will be able to continue with the large cuts at this point. Try stabilizing for a while and when things settle down and smooth out, then start making the smaller more cautious cuts.

The worse for me is the mornings. I wake up feeling like my body's on fire, especially my head.
