Could IUD removal cause a return in withdrawal insomnia?

I'm just wondering if anyone knows or could provide me with any feedback about this. I've been on the Skyla IUD for three years, about the same amount of time that I was on antidepressants. I'm interested in taking it out to see if I see any fluctuation in my symptoms, but I've read that there is a "crash" associated with IUD removal and I'm scared that once I take it out my insomnia and anxiety might come back. Has anyone had any experience with this?
