Direct Crossover to Valium from Ativan - questions about taper and dosage

I did a direct crossover from 1/1.25 mg of Ativan to 10 mg of Valium bumped up to 12 mg and holding.  I'm on day 8 and most of my Ativan withdrawal symptoms subsided and I'm just drowsy, but not groggy or loopy.  I was going to wait until the 14-day mark to start my slow taper and wondering how I should go about this?  5% at first?  10%?  I have no clue about micro tapering.  I'm also taking 75 mg of Zoloft.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  I'm two months into this process.

If you're at 12mg now, you might wait 2 weeks, and then try 11mg, and so on.  The crossover to Valium always makes people a bit

drowsy, so I wouldn't worry about that--that will go away as you taper the Valium
