Severe eye strain

What would cause this my eyes feel like there straining very badly all the time no eye drops help

Benzo withdrawal causes all the muscles to do funny things. My eyes felt like this last week. It was like I could barely keep them open. Also some blurred vision. No problem today. I took a few days rest from screens and it helped.

This is every day worse in the morning

Anything that happens at the same time every day I chalk up to withdrawal.  Diseases don’t have a time clock when symptoms kick in.

 

At least not that I’m aware of.

Me too, blurry vision and I've even gotten floaters, in the beginning of withdrawal my pupils were tiny, my doctor said that just as you can tell when people are high by their pupils, they constrain in withdrawal. Mine lasted for a long time and I do wake up with severe blurry vision sometimes. I also get a hallucination feeling as sometimes light and movement register in a weird way for a split second.

Too much computer and cell use is very bad for the eyes, and can result in computer vision syndrome.  Add withdrawal to the equation, and you have a witches brew of problems.  It happens to me, a lot. 

So what can I do for this? Its  bad when driving as well
