brand klonopin??? better for withdrawing?

started with a new pdoc today. she said i am a fast metabolized of the medication and this is why my interdose withdrawal is getting bad.  she told me i should only be taking brand klonopin. anyone ever hear anything similar???  it is pretty pricey but i am gonna try it i think.

Has your doctor ever discussed switching to Valium? It does have a long half-life. Just a thought.

A psychiatrist I saw said the same thing. I am hoping to switch to brand next month as my generic (teva) is no longer being produced. Brand is supposed to be stronger.

I dose my K 4 x day because I metabolize so fast, it's the only way I don't get interdose wds.
