Feeling a bit rubbish after last cut

Is shortness of breath and dizziness a W/D symptom?

 

It's day 3 since last cut (3.25 - 3mgs valium) and I'm feeling it a bit today. Getting a bit of a dizzy/disoriented feeling as well. Hope it passes soon.

Yes, Yes, and Yes... it hit me at 1.8mg and settles down but comes back every time I cut. I feel great after it settles though.

It is my biggest sxs along with having weak spells.

 

It lasted 2-3 days felt much better yesterday and today. It seems with my cuts, the symptoms begin about day 3 after cut and last for a few days. It's unpleasant but not too bad...

Doing well.. Just give it the time you feel it needs, and try your best to relax through the rough bits...

 

A lot of people who taper with Valium (myself included) tended to feel the cuts a few days down the road due to the longer half-life of this drug. This is likely what is happening to you - you make your cut and 'ride' for a few days on the residual previous dose level. Once that dose level drops, that's when you start to feel your last cut.
