Anyone currently using LDN?

I am. I've been using 1mg naltrexone, usually 3 days on 1 off since I stopped kratom. It really helps with opioid PAWS which is why I use it. It reduces my pain and helps with depression from the beta endorphin boost. I take it before going to bed.

What’s the deal with not supposed to use LDN during or after taper? I’m going to try it for an autoimmune disease with the hopes of antidepressant & increased energy side effects along with sx relief & slowed or stopped progression for my disease.
