REPORT YOUR WITHDRAWAL AS AN ADVERSE EVENTI

I was just listening to the Mad In America World Benzo Awareness Day podcast

It was mentioned that we should all be reporting our benzo problems and withdrawal symptoms to the relevant adverse event recording schemes in the country we are in. It is worth doing this because it will feed in to research and potentially lead to services being out in place to help people in the future.

Perhaps people could add ones for other countries.

 

In the podcast they also talk to the author of this paper that used Benzobuddies and YouTube etc to write about iatrogenic harms caused by Benzodiazepines and SSRIs
