Need help coming off Nitrazepam

Hi there,

I previously was on dalmane 15mg for 1 year. I had a lot of problems coming off it and on the advice of my pharmacist I switched to nitrazepam with a view to reducing it by 1 quarter every two weeks. After making the first reduction, I started getting some auditory hallucinations so I have since increased the dose again. I’ve heard that liquid titration might be a good method for coming off nitrazepam. Does anyone have experience with this? How much liquid should I use? What is the exact procedure?
