My Ativan taper which I messed up and had to start over!

This is my first post about my tape so I hope I am doing this right. I just need the input of others so thanks in advance. I started .5 Ativan on 5/3/18 after oral surgery complications. I took .5 every day in May then tried to stop.  5/26-6/6 I did not need an Ativan then 6/7 had some more dental issues

And started taking it again.  From 6/718-6/21/18 I took .5 daily and then my doctor wanted to taper. From 722/18-7/3/18 took .25. Then I stopped.

7/4/8-7/7/18–no Ativan but it was brutal. 7/8/8 I had heart palpitations and terrible anxiety I took a .5. Then on 7/10 I had  rebound anxiety so I took .5 twice. 7/11 I took .25, 7/12 .25

And .5, 7/13 .5.  My doctor wants me to restart taper today. .25 two times a

Day for seven days then .25 and .125 for seven days and ..125 for

Seven days.  Is this a safe taper? I feel like i messsd

Up by taking it again after taper was done.

I would be going on almost two weeks benzo free
