Help! Took Zoloft too late

I usually take 100mg of zoloft at 8:30 am but today I forgot to take it at that time and only realized it at 7 p.m. then I took it? no wonder I was so depressed all day , is it ok if I take my next dose at 8:30 am like usual ?
