Cracking in my Left Ear

Well Been 7 months off my ativan now and past 2 weeks or more I been having annoying crackeling in my ear, my left one basically....Starting to think I have tinnitus

I read though crackeling could be a symptom of tinnitus from WD from Benzos as well......thing is 7 months out I should be over this

Hey Mark as you are aware everyone's body is unique and handles WD differently. 

I think many times we try to associate a symptom with WD when it just might be something completely random and not related to WD symptoms.  Try not to over think every little ache or ringing in the ear otherwise it will drive you nutty and annoy you.  Just focus on being as healthy as you can be physically and mentally.

Keeping busy has always helped me take the focus off of physical issues.  I experienced tinnitus I experienced pretty much everything you have and it goes away eventually.  Their is no guide with a timeline for this stuff.
