Bye, bye clonazepam.

After 8.5 years I needed to dump them because the doctors didn't want to prescribe them any longer.

I was taking 8 mg a day of clonazepam and some bad days (muscle cramps) another 4, 8, or 16 mg.

It took me six weeks to finally be done with them.

That was just about a year ago.

Yes my memory is better.

I just stopped taking them.

First try I lasted 5 days until the 21 year long pain in my head became unbearable.

So I took 8 mg of Clonazepam. The pain went back to it's normal high level and then I

stopped taking them again.

Lasted another week until the muscle twitches annoyed me so I took 8 mg Clonazepam

again. The twitching stopped and so did my intake of Clonazepam.

Another week went by until I had enough of the side effects of a muscle relaxer they gave

me in place of the Clonazepam.

Stopped the Clonazepam again for the last time.

That was about a year ago. Bye bye Clonazepam.

I didn't cut anything. Just stopped.

Don't miss them. They don't miss me.

Now my 22 year long headache. That's another story.
