Xanax Liquid Titration Taper

Hi Everyone. Can someone please lead me to a spreadsheet so I can keep track of my daily dosing/progress for a straight Xanax liquid Taper. I will start at 4 mg? I want to do a straight taper (Xanax till the end), I just don't know how to put the spreadsheet together. I am so happy I found this forum. God Bless. P.S.
