Getting Concerned Now

7 months off my Ativan and things just get WORSE!

Last night was worse then the night before as I only slept maybe 4am till 7am, woke up 2nd night with my arm asleep and I had a Bad Brain Zap trying to get back to sleep again

before these past few nights I was sleeping somewhat better now Its taking a big turn for the worse, maybe I have brain damage starting, or maybe I really am losing my ability to sleep well

well even on Nyquil before the past 3 days of hell I was sleeping longer, now its back to nightmares and barely any

Just tried another 2 hours to pass out but no luck

7 Months out and Im back to the start of all this again
