why anxiety one day better the next?

this had seemed to be a pattern with me . one day anxiety all day. it comes in surges . on  off throughout the day.  then the next day it alright just some background uneasiness.

anyone had this?

Wondered the same thing.. mine hits  . I can barely function. Then 5 min later feel ok. There are so many reasons anxiety hit us. Even withdrawing.some can be based on real issues.and trggered.

What is different on your anxious days?

If somethig really does bother me. Its triggered the benzo extreme fear.

One thing i am sure of. The anxiety is worse because of withdrawl. You dont have the ability to react with normal anxiety.
