Herbal vaporizer and benzo tolerance withdrawal.

Before replying please read my Sig. So I'm using a herbal/botanical vaporizer and I tried vaping a bit of cbd bud with 0.3 THC yesterday. I saw some posts saying that it can deactivate a certain enzyme in the liver resulting in how benzodiazepines are absorbed, I also vaped lavender some days ago... is there any safe herbs that don't interact with ssri's and benzos? if so please let me know, I just wanted to ease my anxiety but now I'm scared to vape any herb.

Anyone?
