Horrible Sleep and Forehead Muscle Twitchings

Well Last night maybe from 5am till 11am I slept some, but feels like none, and today all of a sudden My Forehead is twitching like My Brain is on the Fritz plus very tired

 

Also been having Anger problems past few days with things, not sure if thats a reason for the bad sleep or twitchings

last night was a mess, slept a few hours woke up from a dream both my arms were numb, went back to sleep and for another 3 hours was an on and off mess

i have randowm muscle twitching also. it sucks. not sure ho to get them to stop or it just takes time. i alos get muscle crawling feeling, like ants crawling under mys skin, i hate it.

when i dont sleep enough my eye lid twitches a lot.  I just think it is common.

I have all over body jerking and twitching since I spent 6 days awake...
