[Ma...] Posted June 14, 2018 Share Posted June 14, 2018 I used to be on a sleep day thing and up at night, then for a few years I switched to nights, last night didnt sleep at all at 8am or so while I yawned I was up 20 hours yet felt fine like I was still not ready for sleep Then again when I try to sleep during the day its either not possible or if I do like today its only for a short time 3 hours at least, anyone else like that to where sleep is impossible days or only short lived sleep?
