I am wanting to taper from .0625 mg. Halcion which I take in the middle of the night for sleep maintenance insomnia.  I have a mortar and pestle, 100 milliliter flask, and pipette.  I've been mixing the meds with water before I go to sleep and then taking it when I wake up after 3 or 4 hours of sleep.  Wondering if it is OK to leave it out in my bathroom, unrefrigerated, for a few hours.

Thank you!

Forgive me, I requested titration opinion from wrong area in forum. I need opinions. I have watched the videos. I am prescribed 2mg clonazepam tablets. I want to titrate 1.25mg per day in two doses. I have a 100ml graduated cylinder divided into increments of one milliliter. I have mortar and pestle etc. Everything is in place. May I request suggestions? Thank you
