need advice

im thinking about switching drs because of my agoriphobia and not being able to travel far there is a dr within a half of a mile from me hes got good reviews  and my current provider is about 7 miles from me n it takes about 15 to 20 mins to get there  she wants me to come in for my next ativan script  my question is since ive been on ativan for over 5 years  do you guy think the new dr will keep me on it if i tell him it works for me
