every other day adrenal surge

hi  I am 21 months off the poison.  I am better than I was in  earlier months.  but still have this pattern of one day decent the next uncomfortable.  I am noticing I don't feel the  surges in my head as strong but my upper bck is tight and burning.  my  arms burn some. I am belching.  real fatiqued 

any experience this  this far out. its wearing this 62 year old out.
