Crying Every Morning.......

Every morning I wake to find the nightmare is real and I start crying.  I try distract with music or tv and nothing helps.  A walk is difficult because I suffer with bouts of dizziness.  I can’t lay down because I will fixate on my symptoms which in turn make it worse. 

 

How do people cope, especially those who are parents?

Take it one day at a time, it's truly the only thing I have. Just the fact that you are berating and have a family that loves you is enough, and you are doing better than a lot of people. Live only for the moment, try mindfulness, simply just observe how you are breathing for a few minutes without thinking of nothing else. It helps.
