Yes, fatty emulsions like dairy milk and almond milk are in fact, solvents.  And they will make a true, uniformly distributed solution.

You could make a suspension using Ora-plus, or a natural suspension carrier such as Guar gum or Xanathan Gum. Add 1/8th tsp (.0625mg) per 100ml water.

                                                Tried a "dry" run with almond milk last night and it tasted terrible.......I've tried vodka before and thought that was the reason for the terrible taste............It's just the pill suspended in the solution that your taste buds get to hang onto longer.
