Does it take time to stabilize when crossing over to liquid (milk) from pill form.

Taking your pill dissolved in milk is really no different than swallowing a pill and chase it with a swallow of milk.

I have been seeing posts about dissolving in milk as opposed to alcohol or propylene glycol.

Does the benzo actually dissolve and make a solution? or would it be a suspension?

As well, would non-dairy milk work, such as almond or coconut milk?

It makes a true, uniformly distributed solution.  Benzos are highly lipid (fat) soluble and readily dissolve in any fatty emulsion, including dairy milk, or almond or coconut milk.
