Starting Pristiq today - anybody else on it? switching from Lexapro

I am praying this new medicine makes a difference.

The intrusive thoughts and depression is just too much and I had to make a switch.

I have the MTHFR Gene thing (which I still don't understand) and on my DNA test it says I probably don't metabolize Lexapro correctly and Pristiq was in my "green" column.
