Phone problems

Does anyone get extreme anxiety talking on the phone with the noise? Increased head pressure eyes get dry heart races tinnitus get s worse

Yes, especially if it’s regarding something stressful.  My anxiety goes thru the roof.  It’s an awful feeling. 

It's like this as soon as I put headphones on as well

Have previously, worked with telephone counseling in health care, and loved my work. But during the withdrawal, the phone has made me terrified. Turned off the phone, because I was so scared. Dared not open my own letters. But now, it's over and I dare to answer on the phone.
