Jaw creaking tinnitus

Anyone else with a jaw that tightens and snaps with increasing tinnitus both ears? C/t 13 months off with heavy pressure on the body feels literally like i am holding stacks of concrete blocks over my head, neck and back?

I have the very tight jaw that cracks and snaps. It feels like it is trying to chew all the time.

 

I get a sort of pulsation tinnitus.

 

My shoulders, neck, back, etc.have gone solid. Nothing releases them. It’s like I’m being squashed by my own body.

You’ve both got TMJ, try to google for ways to reduce it. I highly recommend a night guard for sleeping to help with migraines and save your teeth.

Insurance pays for TMJ therapy if you go that route.

I’m in the UK.

 

What particular therapy are you thinking of?

 

 

My chiro did a bunch of massage exercises 3 times a week.
