Jim Hawk, Bella or Builder, I really need someone's experience please

I started liquid titrating 72 days ago after suffering from cut and hold.  I had tapered off xanax and completely onto valium but was so sedated I had to add back in xanax and lower the valium just to hold my head up.  Still cutting and holding then, still sick.

Went to liquid titration, did great except for muscles in back , but as far as anxiety doing ok.  Still sleepy but doing some better at that.  Now I am down to .045x and holding at 15 V this whole time.

Titration rate on x of .0025.  All of a sudden I am having heart palpitations and anxiety again.  I have been lowering for 3 or 4 days and holding 1 day, then starting again this whole time.  Do u think it's withdrawal or tolerance?  My plan had been to just sneak off the xanax, hold a couple weeks to see what my sxs were and then start titrating the V.  Then this popped up.  Any thoughts?  Valium is just poison to me.

Started at .74 of .25mg xanax, holding at 15 mg v from then.

Now .045 xanax and 15 v.
